**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Content Ideation & Strategy**
- Develop fresh, innovative concepts for posts, reels, videos, blogs, and campaigns.
- Understand brand tone, target audience, and current trends to create relevant content.
- Contribute to monthly content calendars and campaign brainstorming sessions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align content with brand objectives and launches.

**2. Content Creation & Execution**
- Plan and execute photo, video, and reel shoots for social media or brand promotions.
- Script and storyboard creative ideas for visual content.
- Edit and finalize content using relevant software and tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Ensure all content is visually appealing, on-brand, and platform-optimized.

**3. Social Media Management**
- Create and publish content regularly across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Stay updated with trends, hashtags, and viral formats to keep content fresh and engaging.
- Monitor engagement and suggest creative improvements based on analytics.

**4. Collaboration & Coordination**
- Work closely with photographers, makeup artists, stylists, and marketing teams during shoots.
- Coordinate with influencers, clients, or brand partners for collaborations or campaigns.
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude on set and during brand interactions.

**5. Research & Innovation**
- Stay up to date on digital marketing trends, audience behavior, and platform algorithms.
- Experiment with new formats and tools to enhance creativity and reach.
- Recommend strategies to improve brand visibility and engagement through storytelling.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
- Strong visual sense, creativity, and understanding of brand storytelling.
- Basic photography/videography and editing skills.
- Excellent communication and time-management abilities.
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Lightroom, Photoshop, or similar.

**Preferred Qualities**
- A creative thinker who loves staying ahead of trends.
- Confident on camera and comfortable creating lifestyle or promotional content.
- Strong attention to detail and aesthetic sense.
- Team player with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹36,778.79 per month
