**About Us**

Epigroww Global is a dynamic marketing agency focused on delivering impactful digital campaigns for brands across industries. We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented **Social Media Content Creator** to join our team and help us craft engaging stories that resonate with audiences.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop, plan, and execute engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, graphics, memes, etc.) tailored for multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
- Collaborate with the design, video, and strategy teams to align content with overall brand objectives and campaign goals.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, pop culture, and platform updates to create innovative and viral-worthy content.
- Write catchy captions, scripts, and short-form copy to complement visual creatives.
- Optimize content based on analytics and audience insights to maximize engagement and reach.
- Manage posting schedules, ensure consistency, and monitor performance across channels.
- Actively brainstorm and pitch fresh content ideas to keep brand storytelling exciting and relatable.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Executive, or a similar role in a marketing/digital agency.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creativity in reels, short videos, and social-first content.
- Excellent communication and writing skills with the ability to create witty and engaging copy.
- Proficiency with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or other editing apps/software.
- Good understanding of social media analytics and content optimization.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to fast-paced environments.
- A creative thinker who can bring fresh ideas and is up-to-date with trending formats.

**Nice to Have**
- Experience in influencer collaborations or UGC (User Generated Content).
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing basics.
- Basic photography/videography skills.

Pay: ₹21,074.16 - ₹30,667.95 per month
