**Content Creator (Instagram and Facebook content creation & posting)**

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Develop, design, and produce engaging social media content (text, images, videos) tailored to each platform (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- **Brand Voice**: Maintain a consistent brand voice and identity across all social media channels to enhance brand presence and loyalty.
- **Content Calendar**: Plan and maintain a content calendar to ensure regular and timely posts that align with marketing goals and campaigns.
- **Audience Engagement**: Monitor and respond to audience interactions in a timely manner to foster engagement and community growth.
- **Analytics & Optimization**: Track the performance of social media content using analytics tools, and adjust strategies based on insights to improve engagement, reach, and follower growth.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes to ensure the company remains at the forefront of social media marketing.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing/sales team, faculties and other departments to align content with company goals and campaigns.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator or similar role.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube etc.) and content management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong creative and storytelling abilities.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and video editing software is a plus.
- Ability to analyze social media performance data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- A passion for social media trends and a keen eye for detail.
