**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, ensuring the availability of necessary supplies and store item.
- Conduct regular stock audits and manage inventory to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Coordinate with the procurement department to replenish stock as needed.
- **Documentation**:

- Manage and maintain accurate documentation related to inventory, purchase orders, and deliveries.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on stock status, usage trends, and forecasts to the management.
- **Quality Control**:

- Ensure that all medical supplies are stored under appropriate conditions to maintain their efficacy.
- Monitor the expiry dates of medications and medical supplies, ensuring timely removal and replacement of outdated stock.
- **Supplier Coordination**:

- Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any discrepancies.
- Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best possible terms for hospital procurement.
- **Compliance and Safety**:

- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety regulations, and healthcare standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to safety protocols.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other departments, including pharmacy, nursing, and administration, to meet their supply needs.
- Train and supervise junior staff or store assistants as required.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years of experience in store management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

**Working Conditions**:
