**Project Details**:Customer Delight at Store Project is a pilot where we are working on improving customer experience by solving the problems at the root i.e. dark store operations. By having personnel within the store who are actively in touch with customer complaints and their pain points we will prioritise and solve operational issues that give rise to these complaints.

**Job Overview**:
1. Do an RCA of customer complaints and understand/summarise why customer complaints are occurring at the store2. Actively get involved in inventory auditing, manpower management and other operations to resolve issues understood through above RCA and ensure the same does not occur again3. Work with Store Operations Team to drive relevant performance metrics in real time, team-work and cross department collaboration will be required

**Previous work experience**:1. Minimum 1 year work experience is mandatory2. Must have worked in customer support or customer delight related roles

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**STORE EXECUTIVE**:

- **Delhi NCR region**

**Roles and responsibilities -**

Manage inventories (stock handling) & Staff management
- grievances through chat process or call.

Customer handling and store management and resolution.

Laptop is mandatory.

Customer service associate & store management

**Rotational Shift**: week off (Roster form) 6 days working

**Work from the store.**

**Interview Rounds.** HR Round,Operations Round & Client Round.

**Your shift will be 9 AM - 9 PM**

**Working Hours**:9 hours

**Experience**: 6 months in customer handling and grievances.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

**Experience**:
