Title: Brand Awareness Digital Marketing and Graphic Design Specialist

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies focused on increasing brand awareness and visibility.

Create visually appealing and engaging graphic design assets for digital marketing campaigns, including social media posts, banners, infographics, and advertisements.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling content that effectively communicates our brand message and resonates with our target audience.

Design and produce branding materials such as logos, business cards, letterheads, and presentations to maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Stay updated on the latest design trends and best practices to ensure our brand remains fresh, relevant, and visually appealing.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into impactful design solutions.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and make data-driven optimizations.

Collaborate with external vendors and agencies as needed to support graphic design and digital marketing initiatives.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on brand awareness and reputation management.

Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

Strong portfolio showcasing creative graphic design work across various digital platforms.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Creative thinking and a passion for storytelling through visual design.

Experience managing digital advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and performance tracking.

Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices for optimizing brand visibility in search engines.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work on time.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
