**Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive (Full Stack)**

**As a Digital Marketing Executive (Full Stack), you will be responsible for driving performance marketing strategies and optimizing various digital channels to achieve business goals. Your expertise in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, eCommerce, and Shopping Ads will be crucial in enhancing our online presence and driving conversions.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Performance Marketing**:

- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.**
**- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, optimizing for ROI and adjusting strategies as needed.**

**Google Ads**:

- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across search, display, and video networks.**
**- Conduct keyword research and bid management to maximize ad effectiveness and achieve KPIs.**

**Meta Business Suite**:

- Develop and implement Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns using Meta Business Suite.**
**- Track and analyze performance metrics to refine targeting and ad creative.**

**eCommerce**:

- Manage and optimize eCommerce marketing initiatives to boost online sales and customer acquisition.**
**- Implement strategies for improving product visibility and conversion rates on eCommerce platforms.**

**Shopping Ads**:

- Create and manage Google Shopping campaigns to promote products and increase visibility.**
**- Analyze shopping ad performance and adjust strategies for maximum impact.**

**Analytics & Reporting**:

- Use analytics tools to track, measure, and report on digital marketing performance.**
**- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to inform future strategies.**

**Collaboration & Strategy**:

- Work closely with other marketing team members to align digital marketing strategies with overall business objectives.**
**- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.**

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and agencies as needed.**
**- Manage budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources across digital marketing channels.**

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on performance marketing.**
**- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, eCommerce platforms, and Shopping Ads.**
**- Experience working in a digital marketing company is a significant advantage.**
**- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.**
**- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.**
**- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.**

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).**
