**Job Title: Google Business Profile (GBP) Optimization SpecialistJob Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Profile Optimization**: Conduct thorough audits and optimize client Google Business Profiles, ensuring all information is accurate, complete, and fully optimized according to best practices. This includes verifying business information, selecting appropriate categories, and adding comprehensive service areas.
- **Content Management**: Regularly update profiles with fresh and relevant content, including high-quality photos, videos, posts, and offers to keep the listings active and engaging.
- **Product & Service Integration**: Strategically add and manage product catalogs and service menus within the GBP listings. This includes writing compelling descriptions and incorporating relevant keywords to improve search visibility.
- **Keyword Strategy**: Research and implement relevant local SEO keywords throughout the business profile, including in the business description, services, and posts to improve ranking for relevant search queries.
- **Review Management**: Monitor and manage all customer reviews across client profiles. This includes responding to both positive and negative reviews in a timely and professional manner to foster a positive brand reputation and encourage customer engagement.
- **Q&A Management**: Proactively manage the Questions & Answers section of the profiles, providing accurate information and addressing potential customer inquiries.
- **Performance Reporting**: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as profile views, clicks, direction requests, and calls. Provide regular reports to clients on the performance of their GBP listings and the impact of optimization efforts.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep abreast of the latest Google Business Profile updates, features, and local search algorithm changes to ensure our strategies remain effective.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of local SEO principles is a plus, but not required.
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple client profiles and tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a desire to learn and adapt.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to handle online reviews professionally.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts is beneficial.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus.
