We are currently hiring for the position of Customer Care Associate (Answering Service) - Female Associates (US Health Care)
- **Location**: Hyderabad (On-site work near JNTU at KPHB)
- **Shift**: Night Shift (5 days working)
- **Gender Preference**: Female Only
- **Experience**: 1-2 years in US Voice Process with excellent communication skills
- **Employment Type**: Permanent
- **Compensation**: As per company norms

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound customer calls in the US healthcare sector.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Maintain a neutral accent for clear communication.
- Commit to a 2-year tenure with the organization.

Collaborate with team members to achieve performance targets

**Qualifications**:

- Any Graduation, Any PG
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a US Voice Process.
- Excellent communication skills with a neutral accent.
- Ability to work the night shift.
- Willingness to transition to office-based work.
- Only early joiners need to apply.
