**Job Title**: International Customer Care Executive

**Location**: Hitech City, Hyderabad

**Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent

**Shift Timing**: Night Rotational Shifts (US-based)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide outstanding customer service to international clients via voice-based communication.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, ensuring client satisfaction at all times.
- Troubleshoot issues, provide timely solutions, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve individual and group goals.

**Desired Skills and Experience**:

- Minimum of **6 months experience** in an **International BPO Voice process**.
- Excellent proficiency in English communication (both verbal and written).
- Ability to handle customer queries and resolve complaints effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in **rotational night shifts** (US time zone).

**Additional Information**:

- **Working Days**: 5 days working, 2 rotational week offs.
- **Cab Facility**: Two-way cab service provided.
- **Eligibility**:

- **Freshers** are not eligible for this role.
