**Job Title**: Pre-Sales Executive

**Location**: Bhopal Location (On Site)

**Experience**: Minimum 2 years in Sales/Tender Filing (knowledge of hardware product of Data Centers)

**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the sales cycle by responding to RFPs and tenders.
- Prepare bid responses including company credentials, eligibility documents, and other legal documentation.
- Coordinate with OEMs for solution design, documentation, and timely follow-ups.
- Prepare commercial proposals in line with client requirements.
- Understand RFP requirements and suggest suitable solutions.
- Arrange POC (Proof of Concept) for customers in collaboration with OEMs.
- Work closely with partners/vendors and manage coordination for submissions.
- Conduct site visits for requirement gathering when needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years **of sales/tender filing experience**. Must have knowledge in Hardware and software products of Data Center.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical and business information effectively to customers and OEMs.
- Hands-on experience with tender portals (GeM, e-tendering platforms, partner portals).
