**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Generation**:

- Actively identify and prospect new leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct effective product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers, highlighting the features and benefits of our water ionizer products.
- Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to convert prospects into customers.
- Close sales effectively and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer retention and generate referrals.
- **Market Knowledge & Reporting**:

- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Gather market feedback and report it to the sales and marketing teams.
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular sales reports to management.
- **Sales Activities**:

- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and product updates.
- Represent the company at relevant events, exhibitions, and seminars.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the health and wellness, home appliances, or direct sales industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Good understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software (preferred).
- Passion for health, wellness, and the benefits of ionized water (preferred).
- Local knowledge of the Zirakpur and surrounding areas is an advantage.
- Fluency in Hindi and Punjabi is essential. English proficiency is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle (preferred, may be required for travel within the region).

**Experience**:

- 1-3 years of sales experience

**Education**:

- High School Diploma/Equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship, Freelance
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
