**Job Overview**:
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with potential clients, and closing sales to help achieve company revenue targets. You will be the face of our software solutions, helping clients understand how our products can address their business challenges and deliver value.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Product Presentations**: Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the features, benefits, and ROI of our software products.
- **Client Needs Assessment**: Work closely with prospects to understand their unique business needs and pain points, tailoring software solutions to meet those requirements.
- **Sales Pipeline Management**: Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- **Relationship Building**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- **Negotiation & Closing**: Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and proposals, ensuring a win-win outcome for both the client and the company.
- **Collaboration with Internal Teams**: Work closely with the technical, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and successful implementation of the software for new clients.
- **Market Intelligence**: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to provide relevant insights and feedback to the product development team.
- **Achieving Sales Targets**: Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas, contributing to the overall revenue growth of the company.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in B2B software sales or selling technology solutions, with a strong understanding of the software sales process.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with C-level executives and technical teams.
- Ability to present complex software products in a simple and compelling manner.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Knowledge of SaaS (Software as a Service) or enterprise software solutions is a plus.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience selling enterprise-level software solutions or SaaS products.
