- Provide excellent customer support in **Kannada, Telugu**, and English.
- Manage and maintain social media accounts, ensuring prompt responses and engaging content.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for content creation, graphics, and campaigns.
- Analyze digital marketing performance and report metrics.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in **Kannada and Telugu** (mandatory).
- Strong communication skills in **English**.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of **Digital Marketing**, including SEO, SEM, and social media management.
- Good problem-solving skills and customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
