**Job Objective : Tele caller for Real Estate**

To generate leads, follow up with potential clients, and schedule site visits or meetings for the sales team by making telephonic calls and handling customer inquiries.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**:

- Call potential customers from databases or leads provided.
- Explain real estate projects, offers, and benefits.
- Identify customer needs and suggest suitable properties.
- **Follow-ups**:

- Maintain regular contact with interested clients.
- Update CRM with call outcomes and client status.
- Schedule site visits or meetings with sales executives.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build rapport with clients to encourage future business.
- Handle queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain a professional and courteous tone.
- **Data Management**:

- Maintain and update call logs and lead sheets.
- Track conversion rates and report to the sales manager.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Persuasive and confident speaking abilities
- Basic knowledge of real estate terminology and market trends
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
