Tele Calling ExecutiveJob Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Tele Calling Executive to handle outbound and inbound calls, explain products/services, generate leads, and support sales or customer service operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
  • Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
  • Record customer details, call outcomes, and update CRM/Excel sheets.
  • Understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead targets.
  • Maintain professionalism and quality during calls.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings or conversions.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel).
  • Good listening and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to speak fluently in Hindi and English (regional languages are a plus).

Qualifications:

  • Minimum: 12th Pass; Graduation preferred.
  • Freshers can apply; experience in tele-calling/telesales/customer service is an advantage.
