**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to educate them about the importance of company compliances and ROC filings.
- Provide comprehensive information about our services, highlighting the benefits of partnering with Taxplore.
- Tailor communication strategies to engage with a diverse range of businesses and professionals.
- Build rapport with potential clients and address any questions or concerns they may have.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions and outcomes in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and conversion.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in company compliances to enhance communication accuracy.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in tele-marketing or customer service roles is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of company compliances, ROC filings, or related areas is a plus.
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude with the ability to handle objections gracefully.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport over the phone.
- Fluency in [relevant languages] is required.
