**Full job description**

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective farmers and FPOs.
- Handle inbound farmers queries and provide accurate information.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a database of interactions.
- Schedule appointments and assist in the Mobile app uses.
- Meet daily and monthly call targets.
- Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all communications.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate (preferably in agriculture) with good communication skills.
- Proficiency in **Hindi, English and Marathi** (additional languages are a plus).
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM handling).
- Prior experience in Agriculture Tele calling, sales, or customer support is preferred.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
