Position: Tele Calling Executive

Job Summary: The Tele Calling Executive is responsible for contacting potential or existing customers over the phone to sell products or services, answer their queries, and resolve any issues they may have. They must have excellent communication skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Contact potential or existing customers over the phone to sell products or services.
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints and issues.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Record customer information and maintain customer databases.
- Update customer information regularly.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports of calls made, sales achieved, and other relevant metrics.
- Follow company policies and procedures and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Attend training sessions on products, services, and customer service techniques to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:.
- Proven experience working as a Tele Calling Executive or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
