**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a motivated **Telecalling Executive** to join our team. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, following up with leads, explaining services/products, and converting inquiries into customers. This role requires excellent communication, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to handle customers positively.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Follow up on previous calls and maintain CRM updates.
- Maintain call logs and share daily reports with the team lead.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Good verbal communication skills (English).
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM usage preferred).
- Good listening and convincing skills.
- Prior experience in telecalling/sales/customer service is a plus.
