**Position**: Executive Assistant
**Location**: Panaji
**Experience**: - Min 06 months to 01 year
**Requirements**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good organisational capabilities and a multitasker
- Must have her own vehicle and driving license
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare agendas, minutes and follow up on action items for CEO-led meetings. Ensure the CEO is fully informed and prepared.
- Oversee special projects and manage key venture events as required
- Organize and securely maintain confidential files, contracts, and essential documents for easy access
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external contacts on behalf of the CEO.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
