**Marketing Executive / Officer - Casino Services**

We are looking for a well-groomed, friendly, enthusiastic, intelligible, Casino Marketing Executive / officer. Who would study, observe and understand the business and accordingly execute / explain / implement / communicate the casino schemes / programs / events / offers / packages to the guests and agents.

**Job Profile**:

- Assist in doing market research by collecting data to develop marketing strategy and plans.
- Assist in doing research by collecting data of competitor schemes / packages programs, etc.
- Implement / communicate / present / explain / describe casino programs / schemes / offers and promotions to guests and agents.
- Should travel outside the state of Goa, in other states of India for promotion and development of business by organising and assisting in organising events to communicate schemes and offers to prospective guests for promotion and development of business.
- Ensure efficient and proper service for VIP guests.
- Work in a professional manner and capacity as a team member
- Provide effective communication with all team members regarding casino promotions and events.
- Assist guests with any questions or information that they might need.
- The individual must be able to stand, move and work throughout the office area
- Assist in the execution of all promotions and events.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested.

**Job Requirements**
- Graduate in Marketing or related field
- Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in a hospitality environment.
- Good communication and writing skills.
- Knowledge of computer functions: Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Must be able to think independently and resolve customer issues on the spot, calmly and professionally.
- Should be pro-active.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
