Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products and services.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information to customers.
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions to increase customer satisfaction and sales.
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and current information.
- Follow up on leads and prospects to convert them into sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the team leader or manager.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve product knowledge and communication skills.
- Provide feedback to management on customer responses and call experiences.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or similar sales/customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain calm under pressure.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and a team player.

Skills and Competencies:

- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Good listening skills to understand customer requirements.
- Ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
- Confidence in handling customer inquiries and objections.
- Time management skills to handle multiple calls efficiently.
- Adaptability and quick learning to grasp new product details and updates.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
