
Retail Administrator

**Responsibilities**:
- **Daily Stock Audits**: Conduct thorough daily audits of the sports shop's inventory, ensuring accuracy and identifying discrepancies.
- **Purchase Invoice Uploading**: Accurately input purchase invoices into the point-of-sale (POS) system, tracking and organizing relevant documentation.
- **Billing**: Process customer transactions efficiently, handling cash, card payments, and other payment methods.
- **Account Settlement**: Ensure timely and accurate settlement of accounts, reconciling sales figures with cash deposits and bank statements.
- **Data Entry**: Maintain detailed records of inventory, sales, and other relevant data, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with inquiries, product selection, and purchases.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist with inventory management tasks, including stock rotation, reorder points, and product placement.
- **General Administrative Duties**: Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and computer software.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in retail or a related field is preferred.
**Additional Skills (preferred)**:
- Knowledge of sports equipment and industry trends.
- Experience with inventory management software.
- Basic accounting knowledge.
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
