The Administrator will support customer queries at the front desk and manage HR operations, including managing employee records and documentation, payroll and leave schedules, creating and implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. Responsibilities also include supporting recruitment and onboarding efforts and employee grievance redressal.QualificationsFluency in Tamil and EnglishMust be located in commutable distance to Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India0-1 years experience in administrative role and knowledge in Human Resources functions, including HR management and employee relations.Previous HR experience and familiarity with the retail or service industry is a strong advantage.Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills, with the ability to handle confidential information professionally.Knowledge of counselling and conflict resolution is beneficial.Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.Salary:Rs.30,000-35,000 P.M starting package.
