Retail Store Manager

Job Description:

Boganvila is a Premium Pastry Shop which does retail sales and bulk sales. We are in need of a Manager to take care of the operations and sales. As a Retail Store Manager he/she has to take complete ownership of the store operations and bring in sales. They manage staff, oversee inventory, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive sales growth.

Staff Management:

 Recruit, hire, train, and supervise store staff.

 Set performance targets and provide ongoing feedback.

 Schedule shifts and manage employee payroll.

 Resolve employee conflicts and conduct performance evaluations.

Customer Service:

 Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained.

 Handle customer complaints and inquiries effectively.

 Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements as necessary.

 Foster a customer-centric culture among staff.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

 Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.

 Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly.

 Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth.

 Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives.

Reporting:

 Prepare regular reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and other key metrics.

 Provide updates to senior management on store operations and challenges.

 Recommend strategies for improvement based on data analysis.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, or related field (preferred).

 Proven experience in retail management, with a track record of achieving sales targets.

 Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

 Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

 Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office applications.

 Knowledge of retail industry trends and best

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
