Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Design & Planning:

- Meet clients to understand their design preferences, lifestyle, and budget.
- Create conceptual designs, layouts, and 3D visualizations.
- Prepare mood boards, material selections, and color schemes.
- Coordinate with the design and execution team for project implementation.

Sales & Client Handling:

- Convert walk-in and online leads into potential clients.
- Explain design concepts, material options, and pricing clearly to clients.
- Prepare and present quotations, negotiate, and close sales.
- Maintain follow-ups and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project.

Project Coordination:

- Liaise with vendors, site supervisors, and the execution team to ensure project timelines.
- Ensure design quality and consistency in project delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma / Degree in Interior Design or Architecture (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in Interior Design and Sales.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, or similar design tools.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
