
Interior Designer and sales

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Executive to join our sales team. You will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients, building strong customer relationships, and closing sales on-site. This role demands excellent communication, negotiation skills, and a passion for driving results in a competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit potential clients (residential/commercial) to pitch interior design services.
- Generate and qualify leads through field visits, cold calls, and referrals.
- Schedule meetings and presentations with clients.
- Understand client needs and propose customized solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of visits, interactions, and deals closed.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in interiors, real estate, or home improvement.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Comfortable with local travel and meeting clients in person.
- Basic knowledge of interiors or design concepts is a plus.
- Fluency in local language and English.
- Minimum education: 12th pass or graduate.
