Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Field Sales Executive to generate leads, meet prospective clients, and convert them into long-term customers. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, a strong network, and a passion for interiors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and visit potential clients (builders, homeowners, architects, corporates).
- Present our portfolio, services, and solutions in a professional manner.
- Generate new business leads through field visits, networking, and referrals.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
- Work closely with the design team to ensure client requirements are accurately captured.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Provide weekly reports on leads, visits, and conversions.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-3 years of field sales experience (interior design, real estate, or related industry preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Willingness to travel within city limits.
- Basic knowledge of interior design terms and materials is a plus.
