**Key Responsibilities**Business Development & Sales
- Generate new business opportunities by meeting **builders, architects, contractors, and direct clients**.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with key decision-makers in the construction and real estate industry.
- Present interior design solutions, product samples, and company portfolio to prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements, provide customized solutions, and coordinate with the design team for proposals.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Ensure smooth handover of confirmed projects to the design/operations team.

Marketing & Relationship Management
- Visit construction sites and builder offices regularly to develop contacts and identify upcoming projects.
- Organize and attend **meetings, presentations, and site demonstrations** to promote services.
- Represent the company in **exhibitions, industry meets, and trade shows**.
- Collect market intelligence on competitor pricing, products, and new launches.
- Maintain strong follow-up to convert inquiries into confirmed projects.
- Prepare weekly reports on visits, client feedback, and project pipeline.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/Interior Design/related field.
- 2-5 years of field sales experience (preferably in interior design, building materials, real estate, or related industry).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English & Tamil.
- Strong negotiation and closing ability.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with industry professionals.
- Willingness to travel frequently for client and site meetings.

**Compensation**
- Fixed salary + travel allowance + incentives on sales closure.
