**Job Opening: Interior Architect**

Experience: 7+ years (preferably in healthcare infrastructure and interior design)

**Chettinad Academy of Research and Education (CARE)** is seeking a seasoned **Interior Architect** to lead and execute interior planning and design for state-of-the-art healthcare and academic facilities.

**Role Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the design and execution of interior spaces for hospitals, labs, classrooms, and administrative areas.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare design standards, ergonomics, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, biomedical teams, and user departments for functional layouts.
- Optimize space utilization and promote patient-centered, efficient designs.
- Select appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings suited to healthcare environments.
- Review design drawings and provide technical input throughout project execution.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and project management teams to ensure timely delivery.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
- 7+ years of experience in interior architecture, with a strong portfolio in healthcare projects.
- Proficiency in design tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and MS Project.
- Strong understanding of hospital workflow, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chengalpattu, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
