- **Project Execution**:

- Oversee and manage the on-site execution of interior construction projects, ensuring they are completed according to design plans and specifications.
- Interpret architectural and interior design drawings to understand the scope of work.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- **Resource Management**:

- Plan and allocate resources, materials, and equipment to optimize project efficiency.
- Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to budget constraints.
- Manage site logistics, including storage, transportation, and waste disposal.
- **Quality Control**:

- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
- Identify and address any discrepancies or defects in construction work.
- Prepare and maintain accurate site records, including progress reports and inspection reports.
- **Communication and Coordination**:

- Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress and any issues that may arise.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team.
- Resolve construction-related challenges and ensure timely completion of projects.
- **Safety**:

- Ensure that all construction activities are conducted in accordance with safety regulations and guidelines.
- Supervise the implementation of safety protocols on site.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and address any safety hazards.

Skills and Qualifications:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in site engineering, preferably in interior design or construction projects.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and interior design drawings.
- **Soft Skills**: Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- **Other**: Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction techniques.
- **Software**: Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
