**Role & responsibilities**
- Oversee the execution of interior design and fit-out work on-site, ensuring that the work is carried out as per the approved design, drawings, and specifications.
- Supervise construction teams, contractors, and subcontractors, ensuring efficient coordination of all activities.
- Ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and according to the highest standards of quality.
- Work closely with interior designers, architects, and project managers to ensure that the design vision is accurately translated into the final execution.
- Assist in the review and interpretation of design and layout plans to ensure their practical implementation.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Interior Site Engineer or similar role (minimum 5 years).
- Strong knowledge of interior construction practices, materials, and finishes.
- Familiarity with design software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools) is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards in interior design.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹25,113.95 - ₹35,811.99 per month
