**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITOM modules, including Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
- Configure ServiceNow ITOM modules to meet business requirements and ensure integration with other ServiceNow modules.
- Develop custom workflows, scripts, and integrations as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and requirements.
- Use AIOps techniques and tools to optimize and automate IT operations processes.
- Perform system testing and quality assurance activities.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance of ServiceNow ITOM modules.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow and AIops technologies and trends.
- Participate in knowledge sharing and continuous improvement activities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 7+ years of IT experience and 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow ITOM implementation, configuration, and customization.
- Experience with AIOps tools and techniques, such as machine learning, data analytics, and automation is a must.
- Strong understanding of IT operations processes and best practices.
- Experience with ServiceNow workflows, scripting, and integrations.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM and CMDB modules.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Any ServiceNow ITOM certification is a must and any further certifications are a plus.
