**Job Title: Tele Caller Executive**

**Location**: Dadar, Mumbai

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Experience**: 0-2 years (Freshers welcome)
**Industry**: Education / Animation & Multimedia Training

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students from leads provided
- Provide detailed information about courses (Animation, VFX, Gaming, Graphic Design, etc.)
- Follow up with students who have shown interest
- Schedule appointments and walk-ins for counseling
- Maintain a database of inquiries and regularly update follow-up status
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets
- Represent the institute professionally and maintain a positive tone

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi
- Good convincing skills and a friendly personality
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Excel
- Prior experience in telesales or academic counseling (preferred but not mandatory)
