Job Role and Responsibilities
As a Field Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of our sales operations. Your primary responsibility is to engage potential clients, qualify leads, and convert opportunities into sales by delivering a personalized, solution-oriented experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads to support the sales team’s objectives.
- Engage with potential clients, schedule meetings, and conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.
- Deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of real estate market trends to effectively guide clients.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop sales strategies.
- Manage and update the CRM system to ensure all client interactions are recorded accurately.
- Organize site visits for prospective customers, providing detailed briefings on projects.
- Cross-utilize leads across various projects and continuously refine lead conversion processes.
- Liaise with outsourced service providers as needed, ensuring quality and consistency in all client interactions.
- Resolve escalated customer queries and manage client expectations professionally.
- Regularly update dashboards, trackers, and customer records for seamless communication and management.
- Consistently provide an excellent customer experience, demonstrating empathy, helpfulness, and customer-centricity.
**Requirements**:
- Preferred Skills: Strong communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi.
- Field Sales Focus: This is a field-based role with extensive client engagement.
- Incentives: Performance-based, with capped incentives.
- Additional Skills:
- Effective lead management and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain high team morale.
- Ability to adapt, innovate, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Compensation
- Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹45,000 per month + performance-based incentives.
Interview Process
- Mode: One-on-One Interviews

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
