**Job Title**: Sales Executive
**Location**: Mumbai
**Experience**:Freshers to 4+ years
- Prospecting for potential new clients in Central Govt./State Govt./PSU Accounts in respective regions.
- Deep Understanding and knowledge of RFI and RFP scope of work.
- Call prospects as appropriate within our market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Identify and prospect potential clients in Government/PSU’s & manage relationship in order to generate business.
- Develop and provide sufficient competitors input to our internal team to help them submit competitive proposals and bids in response to government RFPs, ensuring compliance with all government regulations and requirements.
- Provide ongoing support to government clients, ensuring timely delivery of products/services and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g., pre-sales, legal, and Revenue Team) to coordinate the preparation and execution of contracts and to address client needs effectively.
- Managing customer escalation on priority to ensure smooth and healthy relation with customers.
- Taking feedback from customer regarding services rendered by us and give input to our Service assurance team to act on it.
- Develop sales forecasts, track performance against targets, and report on progress to senior management.
- Build and maintain relationships with government procurement officers, decision-makers, and key stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Participate & Attend industry functions, such as associations, events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
- Manage and review Contract documentation, Payment terms ensuring timely collection of money from Customer to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators in Prospects in Key Accounts/ Clients.
- Responsible for driving end-to-end sales activities right from prospecting to closing sales cycles for PSU - government accounts, ensuring widespread adoption, working with partners if required to qualify and develop new leads, preparing activity reports and strengthening relationships with existing clients.
