- Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.

**Profile Introduction**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the clothing department, including inventory management, merchandise displays, and staff scheduling.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries, fitting sessions, and purchases.
- Drive sales through effective merchandising strategies, promotions, and upselling techniques.
- Train and supervise clothing department staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Analyze sales reports and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and develop action plans accordingly.
- Maintain a visually appealing and organized store layout, including proper signage and cleanliness standards.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to remain competitive in the fashion retail sector.

**Requirements**:

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for visual merchandising.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A passion for fashion and staying current with industry trends.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
