**Salary**: 20,000 - 25,000

**Experience**:

- **Minimum Experience**: 3 years of relevant payroll processing experience.
- **Maximum Experience**: 7 years of relevant payroll processing experience.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Skills Required:

- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll software.

**Profile Introduction**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Payroll Processing**: Execute end-to-end payroll processing activities, including but not limited to data entry, calculations, and verification.

**Compliance**: Stay updated on relevant labor laws and regulations to ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing.

**Record Maintenance**: Maintain accurate and organized payroll records, including employee data, timesheets, and tax information.

**Query Resolution**: Address employee inquiries and concerns related to payroll, deductions, and taxes promptly and professionally.

**Reporting**: Generate and analyze payroll reports to ensure accuracy and provide insights to management.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with HR and finance teams to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.

**Auditing**: Conduct periodic audits to identify and rectify discrepancies in payroll data.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
