- familiarity with retail management software.

**Profile Introduction**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the grocery department, including inventory management, stocking, and merchandising.
- Ensure shelves are adequately stocked, and products are displayed attractively to maximize sales opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and meet revenue targets.
- Train and supervise grocery staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service delivery.
- Monitor product quality and freshness, and implement procedures for minimizing waste.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and maintain strong relationships.
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of inventory management principles and best practices.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and develop a team to achieve objectives.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating positive shopping experiences.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
