**Job Description: Retail Executive (Footwear)**

**Location: [Nashik ]**

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Retail Executive specializing in footwear to join our dynamic team. This role requires a deep understanding of footwear products, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to lead a team to achieve sales targets and operational excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**:

- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with product selection, inquiries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
- **Sales and Targets**:

- Drive sales through proactive selling techniques, upselling, and cross-selling relevant footwear products.
- Set sales targets for the team and monitor performance against these targets, taking corrective actions as needed.
- **Team Leadership and Development**:

- Lead, motivate, and coach a team of retail associates to achieve individual and store-wide sales goals.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify training needs to enhance team members' skills and knowledge.
- **Merchandising and Inventory Management**:

- Ensure effective merchandising of footwear products according to company standards and seasonal trends.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate with the inventory team to maintain optimal stock levels.
- **Operational Excellence**:

- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security protocols.
- Monitor store cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal to create an inviting shopping environment.
- **Market and Competition Awareness**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions related to footwear products.
- Use market insights to propose and implement strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Retail Executive or similar role, preferably in the footwear industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of retail management best practices, including sales techniques and inventory management.
- Passion for footwear products and a keen sense of fashion trends.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience with retail sales software and inventory management systems.
- Certification in retail management or leadership training programs.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month

Schedule:
