**Job Title**:Talent Acquisition Trainee
**Location**:Raipur [Hybrid]

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical job requirements and team needs.
- Source top IT talent through platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases.
- Coordinate and schedule technical assessments and interviews with hiring teams.
- Stay updated with IT industry trends, emerging technologies, and talent market dynamics.
- Participate in employer branding activities and campus hiring (as needed).
- Generate recruitment analytics and reports for leadership review.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business, or a related field.
- 0-1 years of experience or Fresher's(with internship experience) in IT recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment or tech company.
- Good understanding of various Salesforce IT roles, technologies, and skill sets.
- Experience using sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a dynamic work environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience recruiting for mid to senior-level technical positions.
- 0-1 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (in-house or agency).
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of modern sourcing strategies and employer branding techniques.
