Job description:
We are looking for a dedicated and sharp HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team at Alishan Green Energy Pvt. Ltd. The selected candidate will focus exclusively on recruitment-related tasks and help us in building a strong and capable workforce. This role is ideal for someone who has prior experience in a recruitment agency or placement consultancy, as such candidates tend to be well-versed with sourcing, screening, and closing roles efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment for various roles across departments
- Sourcing candidates via job portals, social media, references, and field visits when needed
- Screening resumes and conducting preliminary interviews
- Coordinating interviews with department heads
- Following up with candidates till joining
- Maintaining recruitment trackers and reports
- Ensuring a smooth onboarding process in coordination with the HR operations team
Who Can Apply:
- Prior experience working with placement agencies or recruitment consultancies will be given preference
- Must have good command over English (spoken and written)
- Should be target-oriented, proactive, and organized
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Familiarity with MS Office tools (Excel, Word)
Qualification:
- Graduate or Postgraduate in HR/Business Administration or any relevant field
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in recruitment.
