Job Title: HR Manager / Talent Acquisition Lead

Location: Raipur

Experience Required: 5 10 years

Role Objective:

We are looking for a dynamic HR leader to own and execute our HR strategy, rapidly scaling the organizations headcount and strengthening our culture. The role demands a hands-on recruiter with a strong strategic mindset, capable of driving fast-paced hiring, employer branding, and end-to-end HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Workforce Growth – Develop and execute HR strategy to scale headcount from 25 to 80 within 12 months.
  2. Full-Cycle Recruitment – Manage end-to-end recruiting and employer branding to secure top-tier talent; ensure onboarding is completed within 7 days.
  3. Headhunting Excellence – Run a high-speed, clock-driven recruitment engine to source, engage, and close A-players within days.
  4. AI-Driven Hiring – Leverage and master the latest recruiting technologies and AI tools to streamline hiring from job description to offer, reducing time-to-hire significantly.
  5. Candidate Experience – Deliver a "wow factor" on-site interview process with personalized experiences, seamless hospitality, and strong employer brand recall.
  6. MIS & Reporting – Establish and maintain a robust MIS system to capture assessments, feedback, and notes, enabling data-driven hiring decisions for leadership.
  7. Culture Champion – Act as a culture gatekeeper by resolving HR issues quickly, codifying feedback loops, and celebrating team achievements to enhance employee engagement.

Requirements:

  • 5–10 years of proven HR and recruitment experience, with strong exposure to talent acquisition and HR operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale teams rapidly in a startup or fast-growth environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems, AI recruiting tools, and MIS reporting.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and culture-building skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
