  • To maintain matter with Land Scouters/Brokers for Land Acquisition
  • Survey of Location of Plot
  • Boundary fixing of plot
  • To attend to conveyance matters
  • To attend to Municipal assessment matters
  • To gather information about tenants such as Voters Id, Ration Card etc
  • To make documents of tenants purchase/society redevelopment/plots/flats
  • To be able execute deals independently for new acquisitions for redevelopment and SRA
  • To lead SRA and Redevelopment team, from acquisition of plot till completion of project, including independent representation to tenants, all works related to Slum Rehab Authority
  • Preparing, updating weekly reports on status of acquisitions
  • To be able to search for documents regarding acquisition at courts, government offices, solicitor offices
  • To be able to deal with Slum Rehab/ Redevelopment representatives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40, ₹50,000.00 per month
