**Sales Executive Solar Energy**

**Responsibility**:
Job Description: Sales Executive - Solar EPC Rooftop

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify and approach potential customers for rooftop solar solutions, including residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Customer Needs Assessment: Conduct site visits, assess energy requirements, and provide tailored solar solutions to meet client needs.
- Product Demonstration: Present and explain the benefits of solar energy systems, including cost savings, environmental impact, and technical specifications.
- Proposal & Negotiation: Prepare and deliver detailed proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and government policies related to solar energy.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Appointment of Dealers/Distributors in your territory to strengthen our business network.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in business, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in solar sales, field sales, or a related industry.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of solar energy systems, rooftop installations, and EPC processes.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage and persuade clients.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.
- Travel: Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- Number of leads generated and converted.
- Achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Customer satisfaction and retention rates.
- Timely and accurate reporting of sales activities.
