**Position**: Sales Executive
**Location**: Faridabad (Mewla Maharajpur)
**Company**: Robot Components Pvt. Ltd.
**Salary**: ₹3-4 LPA (Based on experience and skills)
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Meet and interact with **dealers, distributors, and clients** across assigned territories.
- **Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets** by expanding market reach.
- **Appoint new dealers and channel partners** in untapped markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with **existing clients** to ensure repeat business.
- Provide product knowledge and **convincing presentations** to close deals effectively.
- Regular follow-ups, reporting, and market feedback sharing with the management.
- Travel extensively to different regions as per business requirements.
**Requirements**:
- **Minimum 2 years** of hardcore field sales experience in **auto-component / automobile / earthmoving / construction equipment** industry.
- Must be **comfortable with extensive travel** and fieldwork.
- Strong communication and **superb convincing and negotiation skills**.
- Proven track record of achieving targets.
- **Graduate** in any discipline.
- Should be **ready to join immediately**.
