Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure high standards of communication by avoiding Mother Tongue Influence (MTI) or Regional Tongue Influence (RTI).
Provide accurate information to customers, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Follow company policies and guidelines in all interactions with customers.
Position Details:
Position Title: Customer Support Executive / Customer Success Associate - L1
Headcount Requirement: 150 Profiles
Interview Rounds: HR Round, Versant 6 Certification, Written Assignment, Operations Round, Client Round, Joining Formalities
**Requirements**:
Education: Graduate in any field.
Skills: Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi with no MTI/RTI or grammatical/pronunciation errors.
Shifts: Rotational Shifts (Day shift for females until 9 PM; full rotational for males).
Compensation:
Salary Range: ₹28,500 CTC to ₹40,000 CTC
