**Job Title**: Advisor - Customer Service/Customer Success Associate (L1)

**Location**: Kharadi, Pune

**Job Type**: Full-time, 6 days working

**Shift**:

- Day shift for females
- Rotational shifts for males

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer queries and provide effective resolutions.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive support.
- Assist customers in resolving product or service issues through various communication channels.
- Ensure prompt and professional handling of customer requests.
- Participate in training and upskill to handle customer success metrics effectively.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Graduate in any discipline.
- **Communication Skills**:

- Fluent in both English and Hindi with no Mother Tongue Influence (MTI) or Regional Tongue Influence (RTI).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

**Interview Mode**: Face-to-face interviews between 10 AM to 5 PM.

**Additional Information**:

- Strong written and verbal communication in both Hindi and English is essential.
