**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand visibility, engagement, and customer acquisition.
- Create high-quality, engaging content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and others.
- Generate innovative ideas for social media campaigns, contests, and collaborations to promote our têxtile products and services.
- Manage and maintain the social media content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent posting.
- Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze social media metrics and insights to track performance and optimize content strategy for maximum reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, design, and sales to align social media initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- Proven experience in managing social media platforms for a brand or company, preferably in the têxtile or fashion industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
